What are the minimum requirements to qualify?

It varies by loan type and lender. Most investor-loan programs look at the property and the deal, not your personal income. The fastest way to find out is the 2-minute form; it never triggers a credit pull.

Do you pull my credit when I fill out the form?

No. Filling out the form does not trigger a credit pull. Credit only gets run after you've talked it through and decided to move forward with a specific lender.

What does it cost to work with Accelerate Capital?

Can I get financing if I'm a first-time investor?
